Grizzly Waves is the project of Canadian singer-songwriter Luke MacDonald. He writes songs about adventure, love and the search for something beyond self. In the studio MacDonald builds a sonic landscape with layers of instrumentation, while live performances are stripped down to guitar and voice; allowing subtlety, nuance and raw emotion to fill the room.

Grizzly Waves has also paired up with Raincoast Conservation Foundation for the release of "The Wild Life: Part One", 50% of all album sales will be directly donated to Raincoast.
