In this low cost one hour workshop, you'll learn what art therapy is and get to engage in various creative exercises. No art experience required.
Led by a Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCC) and Art Therapist, you'll receive:
- A straightforward explanation of what art therapy is
- An overview of how it supports mental health and emotional well-being
- Simple creative exercises in a relaxed, inclusive setting
- A Q&A session to address your questions such as benefits coverage and more
- The option to book a free 15-minute art therapy consult meeting
