About

The Big Band Trio

Label: Triactive Records
circa 1981 - circa 2004
The Big Band Trio performed the music they loved from 1981 to 2004. The smoothest three part vocal harmonies combined with their unique brand of swing, jump and boogie favourites earned then the distinction of one of Canada's premiere swing groups.

Their four cds 'Wolf at the Door', 'Places to Go, People to See', "Rent Party!" and "Our Love is Here to Stay" are are finely polished testaments to their skill and musicianship and available at www.bigbandtrio.com as well as iTunes, Puretracks and all major download outlets.

Every show was delivered with humour and fun and their custom made forties style wardrobe was the bomb. The trio performed alone and with the Jumpin' Jive Orchestra and was always a huge hit at festivals and events across Canada and the US.
